For over three decades, I have hands on constructed exceptional custom homes of many different Architectural styles throughout the East End. I now bring this experience to the fields of Owner's Representative and Construction Advisor. My role is to coordinate and facilitate communication among the project owner, Architect, consultants, the contractor and other contributors. My goal is to protect the owner's interests during the course of the project. I offer a wide range of services, depending on the owner's requirements. These services include, but are not limited to; permit facilitation, contractor bid review and comparisons, project quality and compliance through regular site visits, monitor scheduling and ongoing cost, review of payment requisitions and assisting with interior decorator's program.
